Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a corporate associate for its Minneapolis office. The associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, venture capital transactions, fund formation and capital markets transactions.

Qualified candidates will have:

-Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, including technology licensing matters, and

-Strong academic performance.
