Hogan Lovells’ banking group in Washington, DC seeks a mid-level associate with a minimum of 3 years of bank finance or other comparable transactional experience. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a diverse and growing Washington DC-based banking practice with high profile national and international lender, sponsor and borrower clients. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in complex lending transactions, including lender-side representation and/or sponsor representation in medium to large private equity acquisition financing transactions. Candidates should have excellent drafting skills and a strong working knowledge of financing structures, credit agreements, security agreements and bank commitment papers; the ability to interact effectively with clients; and the ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team that places a high value on collegiality, including mentoring and development of more junior associates.
