The person hired for this position will work directly with partners and other team members to contribute to a dynamic Litigation practice. Expected responsibilities will include:

Drafting and preparing motions and other litigation documents

Working on a variety of litigation matters as needed

Conducting legal research and writing to support the practice

Additionally, for those with an interest in growing trial experience skills, this position offers opportunities to make court appearances.

Personal Skills/Attributes

Can effectively communicate research into meaningful written work product

Possesses strong writing and analytical skills

Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Technical Skills

2-5 years privacy litigation and entertainment and media law is required

Previous law firm experience strongly preferred

Other Requirements

Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and be in good standing
