The Los Angeles office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing TCPA Compliance and Class Action Defense practice.

Manatt's TCPA attorneys provide an integrated and cohesive approach that covers all of the law's implications and ramifications, from ensuring compliance to fending off or defeating class actions to handling insurance coverage issues. Our 360-degree view is the result of decades of experience counseling major B2C and B2B companies regarding telephone marketing, as well as the call centers and telemarketing solutions providers that serve them.

Requirements:

3-5 years of solid TCPA and consumer class action experience at a top law firm

Excellent writing and organizational skills

Outstanding academic credentials

Highly motivated, take initiative and be a self-starter

CA Bar Membership in good standing
