The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience and should have knowledge drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests and requests to admit, drafting legal memorandum and briefs, researching legal issues, handling document productions, taking depositions, arguing motions, trial preparation and trial attendance. The candidate should also have excellent communication, public speaking skills and strong writing skills.
