Arnold & Porter LLP is seeking a senior associate for the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York City office. Through the Employee Referral Program, Arnold & Porter employees are eligible to receive a $5,000 bonus if the firm hires an attorney referred by them (subject to the terms contained in the attached referral form).

With more than 30 lawyers across the firm's U.S. offices, the Real Estate Practice Group has a growing and dynamic nationally recognized practice. The Real Estate Practice Group represents financial institutions, real estate developers, hospitality companies, real estate investment trusts, and others in connection with a broad range of transactions, including high profile financing, restructuring, development, leasing and private equity matters.

Qualified candidates for this position should have five or more years of real estate transactional experience. Experience should include representation of lenders in commercial real estate financings, and experience with sophisticated debt structures is a plus. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
