Our Firm is seeking candidates for an Assistant General Counsel (AGC) to join the firm’s Office of General Counsel, located in Nashville, Tennessee. This will be an “in house” position, devoted entirely to serving as the Firm’s internal counsel. The AGC will not perform any work for the Firm’s external clients, and this position is not a traditional shareholder-track position.
