This person will be expected to work on cases specific to one client and perform all of the duties of a traditional law firm associate, including, but not limited to, legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and pleading, attendance at court conferences, discovery-related activities and investigation, analysis, and drafting of position statements.
