Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including sale, acquisition, financing and development experience. Experience representing homebuilders, developers of mixed use projects, retail end users, and shopping center developers is preferred. Must possess excellent academics, strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work effectively within a team. Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.
