The Denver office of Holland & Hart is seeking a tax associate with 4+ years of solid Federal Income Tax experience. Requirements: Successful candidates will have an energetic personality, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background and substantial experience in structuring and associated drafting in connection with the tax aspects of partnership/LLC and M&A transactions. Tax credit experience is a plus
