The Boise office of Holland & Hart is seeking a mid-level associate for its Employee Benefits group. Holland & Hart is the largest law firm based in the Mountain West with more than 500 lawyers in 15 offices. It is also one of the few law firmsbased in the Mountain West ranked on The American Lawyer's list of the top 200law firms in the United States.

Requirements: Successful candidates will have an energetic personality, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background and 3+ years of experience in employee benefits (tax and ERISA).
