Holland & Hart's rapidly expanding trademark practice is seeking a junior to mid-level associate, with some trademark experience with a law firm(s), to join our trademark prosecution and enforcement team in our Denver or Boulder office. The successful candidate’s primary focus will be US and international trademark search and clearance, and prosecution, for a group of clients ranging from Fortune 100 and foreign companies, to local start-ups. Experience with domain name and trademark enforcement/contentious matters (including matters before the TTAB) is also desired, but not required.
