With an overflow of work and a commitment to continue to grow, Williams Mullen is seeking one, possibly two, associate(s) with 2-6 years of experience to join its established and successful Construction Practice Group; seeking candidates with an interest in all aspects of practicing construction law, including contract drafting, negotiations, claims preparation and evaluation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Experience in government contracts, small business compliance and/or false claims act litigation is a plus, although not required. The associate would be based out of our Tysons Corner, VA office.
