Our New York office is seeking a highly motivated attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience in lending transactions, including lender-side representation and/or sponsor representation in private equity acquisition financing transactions and junior capital/mezzanine financings. Candidate will also have strong working knowledge of financing structures, credit agreements, security agreements and bank commitment papers. Additional experience in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, finance, private equity, structured equity financings, growth capital transactions and other general corporate transactions is also needed. All candidates must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication, as well as analytical skills, is a must. Candidates must have exceptional client relationship skills.
