Williams Mullen is actively seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney to join our collaborative Hampton Roads team in our Virginia Beach office. The ideal candidate will have broad experience providing guidance and legal counsel to private clients with regard to estate planning, family trusts, family-owned businesses, as well as counsel to institutional clients and charitable organizations with regard to the legal and tax complexities of fiduciary administration.

4-7+ years of experience establishing trusts, drafting wills, and other estate planning documents, in addition to collaborating with financial managers and insurance specialists to advise clientele on retirement plans, insurance policies, and charitable contributions. Candidates should have a history of successful business development. A book of moderate portable business is expected for partner candidates.
