The Miami office of Carlton Fields Jorden Burt is seeking an entry level associate to join their Business Transactions practice group to work primarily with corporate, tax and immigration attorneys (with an international tax focus). Candidates must be currently enrolled in the LL.M. in Taxation program (not Estate Planning) and expected to graduate in Spring 2016. All candidates must have outstanding academic credentials. Fluency in a second language is required, in order of importance: Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, French, or German. Must have sufficient credits from an ABA accredited school to be eligible to sit for the Florida bar exam at the earliest opportunity
