Job Description:

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work with the business litigation practice group in our Washington, DC and Reston, Virginia offices (while based in Washington, DC). Our ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the area of complex commercial litigation, business torts and internal investigations. Must have experience with case management, discovery and brief writing. Qualified candidates must have a high level of motivation and initiative, and strong work ethic, as well as strong academic credentials and big law firm experience.
