Faegre Baker Daniels LLP seeks a partnership-track associate to join the transactions practice of our thriving Intellectual Property Group in our Silicon Valley office. Faegre Baker Daniels is an Am Law 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. Our IP practice includes all areas of intellectual property law for a national and international client base. Successful candidates will have 4+ years’ experience with licensing, technology transactions and merger and acquisition support. A degree in electrical engineering, computer science or software development experience preferred. Candidates must be collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials and have strong written and oral communications skills.
