The Morgantown office of Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a Labor & Employment Associate. Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and defending litigation alleging discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage laws. Experience in dealing with the National Labor Relations Board and familiarity with federal labor law will be considered. Additionally, all candidates should be licensed to practice in West Virginia.
