Associate
with 2 to 4 years of experience to join Akerman's Employee Benefits and
Executive Compensation team. Candidates must have experience with
M&A-related transactional benefits work, qualified retirement plans,
and health and welfare plans. Must have working knowledge of the
Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other federal laws impacting employee
benefit plans. Candidates should have excellent academics, legal
research, writing, and analytical skills. LL.M. in Tax, is preferred.
Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next exam.
