Associate with 2 to 4 years of health care experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate, transactional and regulatory matters, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, and reorganizations of health care businesses, analyzing and drafting corporate documents in health care transactions, and federal and state regulatory and licensure compliance. A previous business background in health care is preferred. Must possess strong research and writing skills, excellent academics. Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination
