The New York Office is seeking an experienced counsel level corporate attorney (or senior associate) with a strong background in M&A and general corporate transactions; public and private securities offerings/transactional experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to manage client relationships and handle the day-to-day requirements to provide a high level of service to our elite clientele. We seek skilled candidates who have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. This is a partner track position and ideal for candidates who possess strong business development skills as well as a solid network of potential contacts.
