The Atlanta office is seeking an experienced real estate associate. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years law firm experience handling real estate lending transactions and documenting lending transactions, including for developer borrowers and for commercial banks. Candidate also should have experience in office leasing and in ground leasing of land for development. Experience in health care real estate is preferred. Big firm experience is a plus. The position is structured to provide the candidate with a high level of client contact. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with superior academic credentials. Candidates also must have excellent writing ability, maturity, good communication skills, and a collaborative and collegial nature.
