Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a 3rd-5th year associate to join the Business Law Department in our Los Angeles office, supporting our Finance & Financial Institutions Practice Group and Energy Industry Team. Qualified candidate must have experience in project finance and renewable energy project development, as well as broad substantive exposure to a variety of energy matters. Our ideal candidate will have experience preparing and negotiating finance and project development transaction documents, including PPAs, EPC contracts, and credit agreements, among others. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated Business Law Associate who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical and communication skills is required. Large law firm experience is preferred. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be an active member in good standing of the California Bar.
