Staff Attorney with at least two years’ experience drafting significant corporate agreements to work on ‘40 Act, crowd funding, peer lending and private fund matters, including drafting opinions, contracts, regulatory disclosures and filings, subscription agreements and partnership agreements. Experience with Blue Sky and Regulation D filings and research, and securities or other financial services regulations, is strongly preferred. The position requires superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
