The nonprofit practice group in our Washington, DC office is looking to hire an attorney with a minimum of 3-to-5 years' experience working in a law firm or in-house at a nonprofit, and a broad nonprofit corporate, federal tax exemption, and transactional background. Focus will be on providing outside counsel to a wide array of nonprofits in a busy, varied, high-paced, interesting, and highly regarded practice. Must be eligible to waive into the DC Bar. Excellent academic credentials and great communication skills required.
