Job Description:

The Boston office of DLA Piper is seeking a Patent Agent with at least one year of experience for its Intellectual Property & Technology Group. Experience in drafting patent applications, patent prosecution, and patent searches is required. In addition, a Ph.D. in one or more of the following disciplines is required: chemistry, including organic chemistry or biochemistry, biology, including molecular biology or microbiology, immunology, mechanical engineering, and/or electrical engineering.
