Job Description:

The Litigation Associate will assist with handling all facets of general lender and contested foreclosure litigation in New York, as well as support the Financial Institutions & Services Litigation practice area team on various initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have 3-5 years lender liability, residential foreclosure and general real estate litigation experience in New York State courts, as well as strong familiarity and experience handling conferences under CPLR 3408, and litigation of TILA and FDCA claims. Preferred candidates will have experience on depositions, motion and discovery practice as well as prior experience in trial support. New Jersey State courts experience a plus.
