Job Description:

The Minneapolis office of DLA Piper is seeking a tax associate to join the Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Recent law school graduates (including class of 2015) as well as more senior candidates will be considered. Law firm experience in tax law or an accounting background gained through education or work experience is desirable but not required. A strong academic background is a must. The Minneapolis Real Estate Capital Markets practice encompasses tax, representation of real estate funds, debt funds, and publicly traded and privately owned equity and mortgage real estate investment trusts (REITs). Minnesota bar admission preferred but not required.
