DLA Piper is seeking a corporate associate with 4 plus years of experience to join its Healthcare Sector Practice in Miami. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions. Healthcare regulatory experience (Stark/AKS/Corporate Practice of Medicine) is a plus. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who is capable of working directly with clients and senior partners and managing a transaction. We prefer candidates with big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.
