Job Description:We are seeking a Bankruptcy Associate with 3-4 years corporate to represent debtors in restructurings, draft motions and all pleadings, supervise sale of debtors assets, manage orderly liquidation remaining assets, draft plan of reorganization and all documents relating to confirmation, conduct claim reconciliation and objection process, negotiate settlements, participate in negotiations with official committee of unsecured creditors, bank and other parties-in-interest regarding distribution under plan or reorganization, represent Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in restructurings, participate in hearings, etc. Job Requirements:Must be admitted to NY Bar.
