The San Francisco office would like to retain a real estate associate from the class of 2012 or 2013. The ideal candidate will have experience handling title, survey, and other real estate due diligence projects, as well as drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents, contracts of sale and leases, and negotiating title insurance policies (loan and/or owners). California bar membership is required.
