Job Description:

Holland & Knight's Tysons Corner office is seeking an associate with 1-5 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation. Experience in supporting M&A transactions is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and writing skills. Membership to the Virginia bar is preferred.
