King & Spalding’s Atlanta office seeks up to 4 mid-level to senior associates for its tort litigation & environmental practice group in Atlanta to work on tobacco litigation matters. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience. Candidates should have significant trial experience and litigation skills, including taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses, oral argument of discovery and pretrial motions, and examination of witnesses at trial. Candidates should be experienced in all aspects of trial preparation. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school as well as strong legal research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in both Florida and Georgia (or willing to sit for the next available bar exam in either Florida or Georgia, if only currently admitted in one of the two jurisdictions).
