King & Spalding's Atlanta office seeks a junior associate for its financial restructuring practice group. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and strong research and writing skills. 1-4 years of legal experience in financial restructuring/bankruptcy is preferred, although we will also consider candidates with experience in corporate and/or finance.
