King & Spalding seeks a contract associate for its finance practice group in Atlanta, who will also support the finance teams in Charlotte and New York. Candidates should have some experience in financial transactions, and have familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code, although non-finance corporate transaction work experience may suffice. Candidates should have experience drafting certificates, security documents, schedules and other documents for a loan closing transaction, as well as conducting due diligence on potential borrowers. This position will also assist the deal teams in all closing and post-closing logistics.
