Job Description:

Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with at least 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial proficiency in real estate finance and a working knowledge of commercial acquisitions, retail and office leasing and public finance. Admission to practice in CA, immediate transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent writing skills are also essential.
