Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a health care associate for its Miami office. Candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience with healthcare M&A transactions and regulatory knowledge in health care fraud and abuse laws, including the federal Antikickback Statute and the False Claims Act, Stark, HIPAA/HITECH, billing and reimbursement, state licensure, compliance programs and a demonstrated ability to interface with clients. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. If not currently admitted to Florida, the candidate must be willing to gain admission at the earliest available opportunity. Applicant must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and organizational skills.

Job Requirements:

Florida Bar Membership required
