We currently have an opportunity for a mid-level associate position to join our growing defense team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of defense litigation experience in the areas of construction litigation, New York Labor Law, products liability, transportation, professional liability and general liability with a good understanding of related insurance coverage issues. The position requires strategic planning, effective management, strong client reporting, motion writing and deposition experience. We obtain superior results for our clients defending and trying complex, high value cases through preparation and collaboration. In addition to teamwork, we value creative thinking, and excellent writing and advocacy skills.
