Goodwin Procter seeks a highly-qualified associate with 2-4 years’ experience to join our Intellectual Property Transactions & Strategies group. This position will involve a significant amount of drafting and negotiating a broad range of intellectual property and commercial contracts (including service agreements, inbound and outbound license agreements, distribution agreements, and partnering agreements). This position will also involve supporting investment, M&A and IPO transactions for early-stage, emerging growth and established technology companies, as well as leading venture capital investors and private equity firms.
