Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join our Business Law Department’s Trust & Estates Planning Practice. Candidates should have some experience in aspects of estate, gift and income tax planning for lifetime and postmortem transfers. An understanding of financial projections and analysis of the income tax, gift tax, and estate tax consequences of transfers preferred. The Trusts & Estate Planning group works closely with our clients and advises them on a variety of estate planning matters including generational transfers as well as transfers to non-profit organizations.
