The Los Angeles office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience to join our real estate practice.

Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions; joint ventures; secured loans; leasing.

Requirements:

3-6 years of solid transactional real estate experience at a top law firm

Outstanding academic credentials

Excellent writing, research and communication skills

Highly motivated, take initiative and be a self-starter

California Bar Membership in good standing
