The Washington, D.C. office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its Communications, Media & Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Candidates must have strong writing and research skills, experience with discovery practice, and demonstrated law firm litigation experience. An active member, in good standing, of the Washington DC Bar preferred, but we will consider members of other state bars in appropriate cases. Excellent academic credentials are required. The candidate will litigate complex commercial and telecommunications matters, including regulatory issues and consumer class actions before state and federal courts and agencies. Prior experience with telecommunications and media law is preferred, but not required.
