Description:

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified real estate associate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience to join our real estate practice in our Orange County office.

Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate transaction, including acquisitions and dispositions; development; joint ventures; secured loans; affordable housing and low-income tax credit is a plus.

Requirements:

4-5 years of solid transactional real estate experience at a top law firm

Outstanding academic credentials

Excellent writing, research and communication skills

Highly motivated, take initiative and be a self-starter

California Bar Membership in good standing
