Description:

The Orange County office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified senior real estate attorney with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join our real estate practice. This is a non-partnership track position. Will consider candidates looking for flexible hours.

Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate transaction, including acquisitions and dispositions; development; joint ventures; secured loans; affordable housing and low-income tax credit is a plus.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of solid transactional real estate experience

Outstanding academic credentials

Excellent writing, research and communication skills

Highly motivated, take initiative and be a self-starter

California Bar Membership in good standing
