Snell & Wilmer's Phoenix office seeks an attorney with three or more years’ of experience in commercial litigation on a non-partnership track basis. Excellent writing skills are paramount for this positon. Applicants should be available to work on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment with the opportunity for a periodic bonus. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401(K) Savings Plan. Staff Attorneys are not eligible for medical or other benefits. Work arrangements would be determined mutually, with reduced hour options and telecommuting flexibility. It is anticipated that this position will require 20-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of complex litigation experience, including drafting motions and handling discovery in banking or other regulatory related areas. Experience as a law clerk for an appellate court and/or handling litigation case management are a plus. Arizona bar admission required
