Vedder Price is seeking a midlevel associate to support the Labor & Employment and Litigation practice areas in the Los Angeles office. This associate would provide additional support for the Labor & Employment group in the San Francisco office. Prior management-side law firm experience, CA bar admittance, heavy brief writing experience, and strong research and drafting skills required. Prior experience taking and defending depositions, handling single plaintiff cases, and with wage/hour litigation, including class and collective action defense, preferred.
