Our Indianapolis office has two opportunities for mid-level litigation associates to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role in business litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. The best candidate for this position will have a diverse litigation background.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Candidates must possess two to four years of commercial litigation defense experience, employment law experience a plus.
Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
Federal Clerkship is preferred.
