Our San Francisco office has an opportunity for an experienced wage-hour class action attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role in our class/collective action litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. This position presents a great opportunity for career advancement as we are looking for experienced lawyers who can help formulate strategy on complex, cutting-edge class cases and help lead teams of lawyers. Our firm also provides multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities, as well as other support for business development. This is a position geared for an attorney with class action experience who is looking for the support to bring his or her practice to the next level.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.

Candidates must possess between 5 - 7 years of wage-hour class/collective action defense experience preferably in California.

Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
