Our New York City office has an opportunity for an experienced wage-hour class action attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role in our class/collective action litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Our firm can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in New York. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.

Candidates must possess between 3 - 5 years of wage-hour class/collective action defense experience in New York.

Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
